Samantha Hagger is a qualified Personal Trainer in the eastern suburbs of Melbourne with 2 awesome kids and a foodie husband. Having always loved sport and fitness from an early age Sam competed in State cross country and was an active runner for years. In recent times Sam has competed in several Triathlons and fun runs and is in training for her first Marathon.
Sam spent several productive years in the workforce in retail and charity groups and is now living out her dream with Whole Body Conditioning.
Sam runs several fitness classes a week in the eastern suburbs of Melbourne.
